Homeless Outreach Coordinator Position
The Homeless Outreach Coordinator will assist the Homeless Outreach Manager develop and implement a Homeless Outreach Program to identify, build relationships with and assist homeless neighbors living with mental illness by providing advocacy and connecting them to benefits and housing. Requires a master’s in social work or related field or two years of equivalent social services experience and other qualifications. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).
